Agreement
By accessing or using the Sysio website (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
What the Site is for
The Site provides general information about Sysio and how to contact us. It does not create a business relationship, obligation to respond, or commitment to provide services until both sides agree in writing under a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape at a rate or volume that impairs service, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site (text, graphics, branding, layout) is owned by Sysio or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission, except as allowed by law for personal, non-commercial reference.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sysio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
